Roy and his team from Blue Point Builders Inc. have gone above and beyond when remodeling our home. We hired them for an entire home remodel. They took care of demo, kitchen remodel, three bathroom remodels, custom fireplace, plumbing, electrical, tile, removing a load-bearing wall to create an open concept, an exterior craftsman beam on our front porch and so much more! We lived out of state during this remodel project and Roy kept us up to date with daily logs, photos, videos and even FaceTime’d us so we could see the progress. I would text Roy a photo of what I envisioned and, in what seemed like no time, he would send me a photo almost identical, of what he customized in our new home. It was apparent that this team took pride in their work. He even removed and replaced roof work at no cost because the color match didn’t live up to his standards. They were extremely clean, efficient, honest, and hardworking. I would highly recommend BluePoint Builders and will definitely be using them for future projects.

Roy and BluePoint Builders literally rescued my home renovation when my first contractor took the first draw and went bankrupt without touching the project. BluePoint did an excellent job of adding on two bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry, plus a new roof and installed heating, air conditioning, and insulation in my old farmhouse. The house had some unexpected hiccups like all old homes do, but Roy and his team kept me constantly in the loop so we could address these situations immediately. They worked with me to keep the character of the house in mind on my now right budget. His men were always polite and respectful and always left my property clean. It has been almost a year since the remodel, and they have stood behind the work they did, and have answered any questions or concerns I have had. I hope someday to have them come and update the rest of the home, too.

Blue Point Builders, Inc. built our bedroom addition and a one-bedroom, one-bath ADU for us, and I am so glad that we went with them. The work started on time and went quickly. Roy, Doug, Mario, and all of the workers are knowledgeable and skilled in every aspect of construction. Roy, owner of BluePoint Builders, Inc., transformed our circa 1984 master bath with an unusable roman tub, ugly oak cabinets, and tan tile to a beautiful classic bath. The entire space was gutted and everything moved including windows. He was able to install a zero-threshold glassed-in shower which is the showpiece of the room. A new master closet was built and all interior doors in the house were replaced with beautiful solid doors and new trim. The place looks gorgeous. All work progressed steadily and Roy guided us through the process with openness and expertise. We are looking forward to hiring him for phase two of our remodel: the kitchen and guest bath! Highly recommend Bluepoint builders.
